🌼In each of our laughter yoga classes you will spend first 30minutes learning laughter technique’s, developing Advanced Breathing, Stretching for strength and flexibility and balance. Then 15MINS developing a new fun game with hats, music, fun self defence, puppets, balloon therapy, magic tricks, learn how to deal with road rage and so much more ! 10-15 minutes chatting with your new friends on how you going to share your new fun skills.
