National Mental Health/Stress Awareness at Work Day 2/11/22 with our NHS

We were very proud to be asked to facilitate  a laughter yoga workshop for our great NHS on National stress/mental health at work awareness day 2/11/22.

Jackie and I are both Mental Health First Responders and so this was very close to our hearts.

This is a must see this video as you will see the confidence grow as the happy drugs get released into the delegates… this is a real team building occasion.
