Jailed for Laughing-no joke!
Jailed for laughing on the parade ground…
How do we deal with a bout of uncontrollable laughter?
Does it scare you just at the thought of it?
It could happen at any time!

Who needs a happiness coaching?
So in the 70s I was in the British Armed Forces, we were practicing our drill marching with weapons on the parade ground, the corporal shouts HAULT , the whole troop has to stop as one, standing very straight, John Bolton standing next to me has his arm sticking out a bit, Corporal spots this storms over to him and SCREAMS in his face “if it happens again I’ll tear off your arm and beat you around the head with the soggy end”.
I’d never heard this expression before it gave me a fit of the uncontrollable giggles , the corporal then turned his attention to me “I order you to stop laughing “ this made my giggles louder my shoulders started going up and down and I nearly dropped my rifle, he then marched me to the jail house to spend the morning in jail and consider my lack of self control, I got myself together and was let out at 10am time off for good behaviour, I was then known as Trooper Grinaway rather then Tpr Greenaway
I love it when someone gets uncontrollably fits of laughter (does this make me a bad person?) it’s just the best you know once it’s started it’s good night Vena, it happened to a BBC news reader Charlotte Green , when of all things announcing the death of a famous person Google it – I know you will anyway
