Care Visions Residential is Scotland’s largest independent provider of residential services for children and young people who have complex needs.
Care Visions Residential is part of the Care Visions Group which runs social care services across Scotland, England and China.
Care Visions was established in 1998, with the aim of creating nurturing and homely environments which are genuinely needs led for children and young people. We have built on this effective approach and continue to expand our residential services to provide more opportunities for high quality, and innovative care to local authorities. Our goal is to help improve outcomes for children and young people in our care.
Our dedicated staff teams genuinely want to make a difference. At the heart of this we embrace and implement Sanctuary®, a model of trauma-informed care. Our approach is underpinned by the belief that children and young people can recover from trauma and loss. Our role is to help them move on to lead fulfilling lives. Our direct care supports them on their journey towards recovery.
In our residential services, we are able to work with children to help them develop positive coping strategies, regain and discover childhood experiences and develop resilience where every child is valued and their achievements are celebrated.
